Prepare for Customer Service Week 2022

I am celebrating and counting down for Customer Service Week, while keeping in mind all of my Awesome Clients and their Customer Service Professional (CSP) Teams! Customer Service Week is scheduled for October 3-7, 2022.

This year’s theme is “Celebrate Service.” The theme resonates with me more than ever as I have seen my clients and CSP Teams prioritizing service to their customers despite the various challenges we have all experienced this year. The CSP Teams have portrayed kindness in their service keeping in mind that many of the customers they speak to are fighting a hard battle. 2022 is a year to celebrate all that they do.

Take the time to share the incredible results you have created from the best customer service programs. Knowing how important customer service is to your organization’s branding and bottom line, consider using your influence to educate all employees about your contact center. One idea is to develop a contact center presentation to include your story and recent customer testimonials the company has received.
