3 Ideas for Customer Service Week

Preparing for Customer Service Week is top-of-mind for me and my clients as we approach the week of celebration on October 3-7, 2022. I often ask my clients how they are celebrating Customer Service Week. Thus, I always have recommendations ready. Here are three ideas to help you prepare a successful celebration for your Customer Service Professionals (CSPs):

  1. Focus on the Theme - This year’s theme is “Celebrate Service.” What better way to recognize your CSPs by reminding them of your appreciation than using branded decorations? Consider providing gifts to CSPs featuring the theme along with your brand printed on useful supplies such as sticky notes and pens. 

2. Host a Party - Your CSPs deserve a moment to relax and celebrate their accomplishments. Whether hosted in-person or virtually, coordinate a party with stress-relieving games. You could even consider providing at-home treat deliveries for a sweet snack featuring a “Celebrate Service” cupcake topper.

3. Send Thanks - Encourage your Customer Service managers to send handwritten thank you notes to their team members. Ask the managers to collect positive feedback from their peers and include their compliments in the note.
